Dr Anna Bayman

Dr Anna Bayman is an experienced school governor, with 8 years at a primary and 4 at a grammar, and experience of 3 Ofsted inspections across the two schools. 

She has a particular interest in inclusion, diversity, and widening access which will be well-suited to the MAT, driven by her background in higher education at a very selective university and a senior governor role in a selective single-sex state school (where she is Chair of the Progress and Well-being Committee, and safeguarding link governor).

For fourteen years she has been the managing editor of a leading academic history journal and sole administrator of the associated charitable foundation, which requires excellent communication, management and marketing skills as well as a very good working understanding of charitable accounting practices and asset and finance management.

She is currently Chair of Governors at Clapham Terrace Primary School.
